Non-accessible sections

• Our podcast is not accessible, as the podcast episodes do not have captions and are not transcribed. All content in the podcast relevant to vacationers can also be found elsewhere on the website.
• The counter element on our website is not accessible. The counting up of the displayed numbers is triggered automatically and cannot be paused. The counting up of the numbers is a design element that does not provide the user with any added value in terms of content. Therefore, an accessible implementation is not required.
• Videos in our menu/control center are not accessible because they cannot be paused. For example, the video showing “ears of grain swaying in the wind” in the background of the “You’ll only find this here” tile. Videos in the Control Center are a design element that does not provide the user with any added value in terms of content. Therefore, an accessible implementation is not required.
• The map view from feratel in the booking results list is currently not accessible. The map can only be navigated using drag-and-drop clicks, such as when moving the map left and right. A navigation cross is not yet available. Our partner feratel is committed to resolving these accessibility issues by the time the Accessibility Enhancement Act takes effect on June 28, 2025.
• When navigating the website using the keyboard, active states are not currently highlighted.
• Depending on the image’s contrast, the copyright information on images is not always fully legible.

In accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act, which takes effect on June 28, 2025, we have already implemented significant improvements and are working to address remaining issues by that date in order to offer comprehensive accessibility for all key functions to the greatest extent possible.
