A Reset for Body & Mind

A Retreat, Sea Air, and Relaxation

Just do something for yourself. Enjoy the peace and quiet, indulge in relaxing treatments, and simply let your mind wander. Spending time alone by the sea is a conscious choice to slow down: step away from everyday life and live in the moment.

A few quiet laps in the pool, a sauna session, or a treatment that noticeably calms the body: alone time becomes true relaxation when you set the pace yourself. And outside? There, the invigorating climate, the crisp air, and the vast open spaces await—immediately bringing order to your inner world. A relaxation room, a good book, a cup of warm tea—that’s what the perfect day spa looks like for solo travelers. The wellness offerings are diverse, so you can put together your very own personalized relaxation program. Here you’ll find health and a slower pace that you can feel right away.

Thalasso-Therapy, Sea Air, and a Stimulating Climate

Healing Powers from Nature

Wellness by the sea feels different because nature here is more than just a backdrop. The sea air, the invigorating climate, and the proximity to the Wadden Sea shape how your body feels. This is where thalassotherapy comes to life: seawater, mud, sulfur brine, and other natural elements are specifically used to support regeneration and well-being.

Comprehensive Health

Some relaxation happens spontaneously—and some requires structure. A traditional spa cure deliberately sets itself apart from individual wellness treatments: It is designed for a longer period of time and pursues a clear health goal. If you’re looking to do more than just “treat yourself”—if you want to specifically improve your health by the sea—a spa retreat offers a unique path. It involves a planned stay, treatments as part of a comprehensive wellness program, and the idea that sea air and the invigorating climate are part of a larger whole.

In St. Peter-Ording, you’ll find a selection of inpatient and outpatient spa programs for your time off and to reset your body and mind!
