Friedrichstadt's Darling

The historic market pump, with its Gothic-style pump house, is one of Friedrichstadt’s most popular attractions. It was built in 1879 by architect Heinrich Rohardt and donated to the city. On the front of the pump house are four verses written specifically about water by Klaus Groth in low german.
